Its everything and more. You get to interact with the Peanuts gang. The music is superb! The ambience is real. Top notch. Handsomely done!

Parents enjoy the throwback to our own youth. The only thing missing was, in fact, my favorite part of the original. How could you skip the WWI fighter ace scene?

Wonderful app. Verbatim to the Halloween special with cool activities. This never gets old for my two year old boy and NO in app purchases! We love it.

Wonderful all .. Scenery .. Interactivity and music. Its like a living book. The best thing is your child being able to design themselves as a character in the peanuts books and inserting themselves as a stand in character of sorts to hang out with the gang. My daughter got a real kick out of that (and yes you can choose from variety of skin tones). Only downside is the language in Charlie Brown is from a time where bullying was seemingly more accepted .. Charlie Brown is constantly put down and even called stupid every now and then plus a lot of arguing, moodiness, threats, and putting down in general across the board from a lot of the characters. I still give it 5 stars because its a flawless homage to Charlie Brown and is a perfect example of what a 21st century book should be

A perfect interactive reader for my 5 year old. I had to explain that a few words werent nice - but thats not even really a complaint. Id recommend this to anyone with a youngster.

This has all the charm of Schulz classic comic with a sprinkle iPhone magic for good measure. Reading and rereading this story has become a Halloween tradition in our home. A superb way of getting in touch with the season. Tip: share it on the big screen via Apple TV and charm the whole family. Highly recommended.

5 stars for removing IAP. Now please do the same for the Charlie Brown Christmas app.

Well created. Love the personalization with the avatar. The complaints about it being appropriate for children, have obviously never seen the cartoon. There are no added quotes. Everything in the book are sound bites from the cartoon.

Beautiful, wholesome and entertaining app!

After many glowing reviews, this seems redundant. But, its a "must-have" for all Peanuts fans, and a "should have" for those who are unfamiliar. Its so much fun its hard to stop carving the pumpkin and costuming these wonderful characters with whom everyone can identify. A Halloween tradition enhanced!

Wonderful. Almost perfect. My kids love it. I just wished it had the episode as well.

Excellent Holiday classic

I have read some of the reviews, and I dont get some of the negative ones. The language in the book is the same as the tv special. I thinks this is a great app for Peanuts fans. I dont like that you have to pay for some of the extras after already paying for the app, but I liked them so much anyway, that I bought the rest of the bundle. I would recommend these books.

I purchased this app a few years ago, and it worked very well. I enjoy playing it during the season. However, it crashes a lot in iOS 9. It is a little disappointing, but it may also be that Im using an iPad 3.

App worked great until recently. Now no sound and crashes constantly. Suspect incompatible with iOS 9? Is there an update coming?

And so do I. Ive had this app for years and it is quickly becoming a seasonal treat for my kiddos and myself.
